The District collects Developer Fees that are assessed on a per square foot basis on new residential and commercial construction within the District. These funds are used to provide school facilities to house and service the growth in student enrollment generated by the new construction. The annual report must be made available to the public no later than one hundred eighty (180) days after the close of the fiscal year. The annual report must also be available for public review prior to adoption by the governing board.
